This is not a party neighborhood or house, so unfortunately no bachelor or bachelorette parties. Quiet time in our neighborhood begins at 10pm and ends at 8am.

My partner and I do live on the edge of the property in the standalone garage. You will have full private access to the main house, but you may see us around the property.

Our family's wine tour by boat business does leave from the dock on the property (highly recommended activity), so you won't see too much activity, but we do promote to guests that the dock is a shared space.

No open flames (candles, fireplace, etc) or smoking of any kind allowed in the house.

No animals allowed in the house.
