The house is on the lake in Sheldrake and sits facing north, which means it has a unique view of 20 miles of open water and you have the privilege of seeing both the sunrise and sunset. There is 100ft of beach frontage and a nice big dock with a sun deck above the boathouse for swimming, water sports, fishing and relaxation. There is extensive yard space and a driveway for parking 3-4 cars. 

Sheldrake is located 20 miles north of Ithaca and half way up the west side of Cayuga Lake. This is in the heart of the Cayuga Lake and Seneca Lake wine trails. You can even walk to Sheldrake Point Winery or take our family's wine tour by boat, which leaves from the property. Within 30 mins you can go hiking and see big gorges and beautiful waterfalls at Watkins Glen State Park, Taughannock State Park, Robert Treman, Buttermilk and more. There are multiple restaurants and a grocery store within 15 mins.
